Untoz Gaming has received details indicating that the upcoming Diablo 5 is set to further intensify its combat mechanics. Rather than introducing a radical shift, Blizzard is reportedly aiming to evolve and elevate the series’ signature action. Each numbered Diablo title has seen significant advancements in its combat systems, and the development team intends for Diablo 5 to push these gameplay elements to even greater heights.

This direction was clarified by executive producer Matt Zitterman during BlizzCon 2026.
