Activision has revealed exciting plans for the upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 beta, setting a new precedent for the franchise. Unlike previous iterations that focused solely on competitive multiplayer, this new beta experience will offer a more comprehensive preview of the full game, expanding beyond just competitive modes.

Players participating in the MW4 beta will gain access to a portion of the campaign, specifically a mission titled ‘Entrenched.’ Additionally, a new Warzone mode, ‘Resurgence Zodiac,’ is also slated for inclusion. Fans can look forward to seeing some of this content showcased during the Call of Duty: Next event, which is scheduled for August 21.
